What’s your favorite line from a book?
The beginning of Dino Buzzati's short story "Vecchio facocero" ("Old warthog") follows me for a while: "It is necessary to consider the psychology of the old warthog. Getting to a certain age, the African hog is often inclined to think with disdain about the pettiness of life."

Who are your top three favorite authors or illustrators?
Sergio Toppi was a great Italian illustrator and his art was one of the first source of inspirations for me as I started to draw. Talking about contemporary comic authors, I love the work of French cartoonists like Christophe Blain, Joann Sfar, and David B.
