    What was your favorite book when you were a child?
    It was one book of classical tales with fascinating illustrations. It was the only book that I had when I was a child!

    What’s your favorite line from a book?
    My favorite line from a book is “Once upon a time…” this line carries me to the timeless space where all is possible.

    Who are your top three favorite authors or illustrators?
    My favorite illustrators are (so many!) Chris Van Allsburg, Roberto Innocenti, Pablo Auladell

    Why did you want to become an author or illustrator?
    By coincidence, because a friend asked me to do some drawings for a book that she presented to a publisher and the publisher accepted my work, thus began all!

    Do you have any advice for future authors or illustrators?
    Yes I have: Read, love, draw and life…. And see all of books that you can
